1. Eligibility & KYC

To use our B2B API services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Indian business identity. In accordance with Indian law, you are required to submit valid KYC documents (PAN and Aadhaar) for verification before your wallet is activated.

2. Wallet Balance & Refunds

All funds added to the RECHARGE API PROVIDER are strictly for the purpose of availing services (Mobile/DTH Recharge, Bill Payments).

• Wallet balance is non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to a bank account except through the official payout channel.
• In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be automatically credited back to your Axom Wallet within 24-48 hours.

3. API Usage & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API Key and Password. Any transaction initiated using your credentials will be deemed as authorized by you. RECHARGE API PROVIDER is not liable for losses due to compromised accounts or phishing attacks.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the RECHARGE API PROVIDER API.
• Using the service for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Providing false information during the KYC process.

Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities in Assam.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, RECHARGE API PROVIDER is not responsible for losses incurred due to operator downtime, regional network failures in Assam, or incorrect mobile numbers provided by the end user.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamulpur, Assam.
